Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy

1. Nature of Services
AATPRO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED provides Recruitment, Staffing, IT Solutions, and Digital Services. As we are a service-oriented company, there are no physical goods or products being shipped or delivered. All services are rendered based on mutually agreed proposals, contracts, or service agreements.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made to AATPRO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED for services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our business — which involves manpower engagement, digital execution, technology setup, and resource allocation — once payment has been made, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
Payment cycles in our industry typically operate as per the terms mentioned in the agreement or MSA (Master Service Agreement).
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases of duplicate payments or billing errors, verified and approved by our finance department.
In such cases, the approved refund will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of confirmation by the finance team.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once a service has been initiated, resource deployment and project processes begin immediately. Therefore:

No cancellation is permitted once a project, recruitment process, or service delivery has commenced. 
- 
Requests for cancellation before service initiation may be considered only if received within 24 hours of payment, and before any work has started. 
- 
Any such approved cancellation will be subject to a review and administrative deduction as applicable. 
4. Service Delivery Policy
All services provided by AATPRO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED are executed as per mutually agreed timelines, scope of work, and deliverables outlined in the service agreement or communication with the client.
Timelines may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances.
AATPRO will make every reasonable effort to deliver services within the agreed period and maintain transparency in communication throughout the process.
5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the invoice and agreed commercial terms. 
- 
Delayed payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared. 
- 
Payment timelines are defined as per the terms of the agreement or MSA between AATPRO and the client.
